Au centre, dans un cercle, les armoiries de la Tunisie, à l’écu d’or présentant en chef un navire aux voiles d’argent, symbole de liberté, voguant sur mer d’azur au-dessus de la bannière portant la devise نظام حرية عدالة (en français Liberté, Ordre et Justice), et en partie inférieure une balance de sable sur la gauche, symbole de justice, et un lion rampant de sable sur la droite, symbole d’ordre ; le tout sommé des emblématiques croissant et étoile de gueules sur fond d’argent ; dans la partie supérieure la légende الجمهورية التونسية (en français République tunisienne) ; dans l’inférieure, entre deux branches, le millésime 1996 et son équivalent 1416 dans le calendrier musulman

A the center, in a circle, the coat of arms of Tunisia : shield Or featuring in the top part a ship with sails Argent, symbolizing Freedom, on a sea Azure, over the banner on which is written the motto نظام حرية عدالة (in English Freedom, Order and Justice), and on its lower part a libra Sable on the left, symbolizing Justice, and a rampant lion Sable on the right, symbolizing Order ; all surmounted by the emblematic crescent and star Gules on a field Argent ; in the upper part the legend الجمهورية التونسية (in English “Tunisian Republic”) ; in the lower part, between two branches, the year of issue 1996 and its equivalent 1416 in the Muslim calendar
