Au centre le logo circulaire de la Monnaie de Paris, marqué, au bas, du poinçon de l’institut monétaire français, à la double corne d’abondance ; autour, un premier cercle de vingt-huit étoiles à cinq branches tournantes, fermé à son sommet par le nom du pays émetteur FRANCE ; autour, un deuxième cercle, bordé par le listel, sur lequel le nom du pays émetteur est inscrit en hébreu (צרפת), en hindi (फ्रांस), en italien (FRANCIA), en russe (Франция), en allemand (FRANKREICH), en chinois (法国), en arabe (فرنسا) et en japonais (フランス)

At the center of the token, in a first circle of twenty-eight five-pointed stars ended by the name of issuing country FRANCE at its top, the Monnaie de Paris’ logo, bearing on its lower part the double horn of plenty, that is Mint of Paris’ mark ; all in a second circle, alongside the rim, on which is written the name of issuing country in Hebrew (צרפת), in Hindi (फ्रांस), in Italian (FRANCIA), in Russian (Франция), in German (FRANKREICH), in Chinese (法国), in Arab (فرنسا) and in Japanese (フランス)
