Au centre le logo circulaire de la Monnaie de Paris, marqué, au bas, du poinçon de l’institut monétaire français, à la double corne d’abondance ; autour, un premier cercle, au sommet duquel est inscrit le nom du pays émetteur FRANCE et dont la base est marquée du millésime 2012 ; sur ce cercle vingt-huit étoiles à cinq branches tournantes : quatorze côté gauche, quatorze côté droit ; autour, un deuxième cercle, bordé par le listel, sur lequel le nom du pays émetteur est inscrit en hébreu (צרפת), en hindi (फ्रांस), en italien (FRANCIA), en russe (Франция), en allemand (FRANKREICH), en chinois (法国), en arabe (فرنسا) et en japonais (フランス)
