Au centre d’un décor floral, composé des principaux produits agricoles d’exportation de la zone UEMOA (Union Economique et Monétaire Ouest Africaine), à savoir l’arachide, le cacao, le café et le coton, la valeur faciale 100 FRANCS sur deux lignes ; millésime 1987 à 6 heures entre les poinçons français (à gauche, la corne d’abondance de la Monnaie de Paris, à droite, le dauphin, différent monétaire choisi par l’artiste graveur général Emile Rousseau). Légende : “UNION MONETAIRE OUEST-AFRICAINE”

Face value 100 FRANCS at the center, written on two lines and framed by the main agricultural products exported in the WAEMU (West African Economic and Monetary Union) : peanuts, cocoa, coffee and cotton ; year of issue 1987 at the bottom, between the French marks (on the left side, the Monnaie de Paris cornucopia, and on the right side, the dolphin, mark chosen by the General engraver Emile Rousseau). Legend : “UNION MONETAIRE OUEST-AFRICAINE” (in English “WEST AFRICAN ECONOMIC AND MONETARY UNION”)
