Minerve la tête tournée vers la droite, coiffée d’un bonnet phrygien à cocarde ailé, portant robe et cape, assise entre deux accoudoirs chacun orné d’une tête de lion, le bras droit tenant une corne d’abondance chargée de fruits, la main gauche tenant un flambeau ; charte en arrière-plan ; au niveau des jambes les initiales IEOM d’Institut d’Emission d’Outre-Mer (deux de chaque côté) ; millésime 1983 sous la ligne d’exergue, entre les différents (corne d’abondance à gauche, dauphin à droite) ; signature G.B.BAZOR au-dessus d’elle, côté droit.
