Reliefs basés sur ceux figurant au revers d’une médaille gravée par Dupré, représentant l’allégorie de la France sous les traits de la divinité Minerve, casqué et armée, tenant dans sa main gauche le bouclier chargé de trois fleurs de lys, protégeant l’allégorie de l’Amérique, sous les traits du demi-dieu Hercule, de l’allégorie du Royaume-Uni, sous les traits d’un léopard ; dans la partie haute, la légende latine “NON SINE DIIS ANIMOSUS INFANS.” et les initiales RF de République Française ; sur la gauche, le millésime 2023 ; sous la ligne de sol, les dates “17 OCT. 1777.” et “19 OCT. 1781.” ; sous le félin, la signature de l’artiste graveur DUPRE.
