Au centre d’un cercle à douze créneaux réguliers représentant un cadrant d’horloge, deux mécanismes d’horlogerie et la tête couronnée de la reine Elisabeth II à droite, portant boucle d’oreille, dessinée par l’artiste graveur Ian Rank-Broadley, dont les initiales IRB apparaissent sous le cou ; dans la partie supérieure, le millésime 2022, le nom de la souveraine et celui de la puissance émettrice TOKELAU ; dans la partie inférieure, l’indication du poids et du titrage du métal, 1 oz (pour une once) et FINE SILVER 9999 (pour ARGENT FIN, 24 carats)
